Each source (whether it be a product's manufacturer or independent researcher) is verified so as to give the public an insight into the qualification or motivation for the claims provided. Besides the nutritional aspect of a product, we are concerned with the environmental impact inherent in supplying it. The Nutritionist™ environmental rating system provides an accumulative investigation into the impact each stage of a product's journey through the supply chain. Harvesting, manufacture, transport, retailing and eventual waste/recycling, our aim is to provide an accurate indication of a products environmental impact for anyone who cares enough to 'vote with their wallet'. |
