Beatrice is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University in London. Prior to becoming a Nutritional Therapist she worked as a pharmacist in hospitals where vast quantities of drugs were used for chronically ill patients.

Her experience has shown her that changing lifestyle and eating habits, not prescription medication, is far more likely to alleviate chronic symptoms and prevent serious diseases.

Beatrice has also worked as a chef and is passionate about cooking delicious healthy food. She is writing a cook book which will help illustrate the lifestyle choices she advocates as a Nutritional Therapist.

Neurodegenerative disorders are her special interest. She studied with Lucille Leader, a Nutritional Therapist in London, who pioneered the idea of a "multi-disciplinary" approach to the management of chronic illness, especially Parkinson's Disease.

She is available for both private and group consultations and hosts Corporate Health and Wellness events.
